In my past business practices, I had the luxury to meet a buyer at a property to view it, get to know one another, and then request an Exclusive Buyer Agreement be signed. With the law passed in August of 2024, I no longer have that time to ask for a signed agreement.

I am offering to buyer’s the opportunity to:

1. Sign a Buyer Agreement for 3 to 6 months (we can choose to cancel should we not be a good fit for one another)
2. Sign a One Time Showing Agreement for one property
